Alan Engen steps down at Alf Engen Ski Museum
From the Salt Lake Tribune
June 5, 2004 -- Alan Engen has resigned after 15 years as president
of the Alf Engen Ski Museum Foundation but will remain on the board.
He will be replaced by board member Scott Ulbrich, vice president of
financial services for Fred A. Moreton & Company and before that an
executive with First Security Corp. and Wells Fargo Bank.
The foundation was created in Salt Lake City in 1993 to preserve the
history of skiing in the intermountain area. A museum named in honor
of Engen's ski-pioneer father, Alf, opened at Utah Olympic Park in 2002.
